I can't wait to go as well you know!!! Cause frankly speaking it will be the first time I ever attend such a convention and I think it will really be an eye opener for me because of the awesome line-up planned by STGCC!! :D
I'm pretty much excited to see all the cosplayers that will be coming for STGCC. If you don't know cosplaying is extremely popular in Japan, and it's a popular culture that has a great influences there!!
And from what I know right, there are 2 very famous Japanese cosplayers that will be attending this year's STGCC!!! I'm sure some of you here will know them as well! And they are......
Touya Hibiki!!!!!!!
Omg look at her, how flawless can she be!!!!
Touya Hibiki is a famous cosplayer in Japan, and she's well-known for her extremely charming portrayal of male anime and manga characters!!! Yes, it's okay if you mistook her to be a guy at first cause actually I was mistaken too! But why does she look so good portraying male characters!! I'm so jealous!!
Some of the male characters she cosplays as; Ichinose Tokiya (Uta no Prince Sama), Vocaloid character Kaito, Shiraishi Kuranosuke (Prince of Tennis), Kamui and Okita (Gintama) as well as Alto Saotome (Macross Frontier)! Which has captured the hearts of thousands of fans worldwide!!!
And she will be making her first appearance in Singapore at STGCC!!! And we also have......
Kousaka Yun!!!!!!
She's another famous Japanese cosplayer that will be coming to Singapore for the first time!!!!
Kousaka Yun is best known for her depiction of sweet, innocent characters from popular anime and manga such as Kobato Hasegawa (Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai), Kagura (Gintama), Madoka Kaname (Madoka Magica) and Yamada (Working!)!! I'm sure all the Otaku here are very excited about it now right!!
Hahaha!! Don't worry cause you all will be able to see her soon this coming Saturday and Sunday already!!
And it's really a rare and great opportunity for all the Singaporean cosplayers, cosplay fans or fans of those anime and manga that both Touya and Yun cosplay as to meet them in real life!!!
Plus, one of Japan’s top illustrator will be coming too! Who????
Itou Noizi!!!!
She is widely known for her involvement as a character designer and artist for hit Anime such as, “The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya”, “Shakugan no Shana”, “Another”..... etc etc.
One of her work! Shana of “Shakugan no Shana”!
Kyogaku Sangyo and Noizi Ito!! So pretty!!!
Itou Noizi started drawing at a tender age, and with her unique drawing style, she has drawn a large fan following worldwide with the success of “The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya” and “Shakugan no Shana”!
She recently even started illustrating as character designer for the PS3 game “Kamisama to Unmei Kakumei no Paradox”. What??!! Why is she so talented!! I can't wait to see her in real life!!
Wait wait, that's not all! We also have a singer Piko as well!!
And because of his famous Nico Nico Utaite, his fame eventually made him a professional singer today!
Yes, he will be making his first ever appearance in Singapore, and even have his own panel at STGCC!
Piko is well-known for his very broad vocal range that covers both male and female voice, and he has charmed and performed in countries like Taiwan, Hongkong and across Europe!! It all started with him posting video clips of himself singing on a video posting site where it became a big hit across the website in a short time, with more than 250,00,000 views!!!!!!
